The PhD program in Innovation Management, International Business and Organization (IMIBO), taught entirely in English at the University of Pavia, prepares researchers and academics in management and organizational studies through a rigorous and interdisciplinary training environment. The program combines qualitative and quantitative methodological training with continuous interaction with companies, public institutions, and international research networks.
Located within one of Italy’s oldest and most internationally oriented universities, the program promotes international scientific publication, participation in conferences, research mobility, and collaborations with partner universities and research centers worldwide. The Faculty Board includes scholars actively engaged in internationally recognized research projects and publications across the fields of innovation management, international business, entrepreneurship, and organization studies.
